- 6g of tea
- 300ml 80degrees water
- 300g of ice
- syrup (optional)
- fruits, flowers or herbs for decoration (optional)
- Measure the tea into your favourite AVANTCHA teapot and pour over the 80 degree water
- Brew for 3 minutes
- Strain the tea into a glass filled with ice and add a splash of syrup to taste.
