As Ramadan is falling during the month of April when things are starting to warm up, it is crucial to stay hydrated and drink more after Iftar and during Suhoor, which is why we’ll be making plenty of iced tea. Nothing quite quenches your thirst and refreshes the body like an icy cold glass of lemon & mint iced tea. Our blend of Organic Mint Duo with fresh lemon juice is simple to make and ready in minutes, and you can also make other AVANTCHA iced teas and cold infusions by exploring the best teas we have to enjoy cold.

Sure to revitalise you after a long day of fasting, this combination is as healthy as it is delicious. Lemons are rich in vitamin C and are effective for boosting the immune system. Mint aids digestion and acts as an anti-inflammatory, making it the perfect addition to ensure you feel cleansed and refreshed.
