How to Choose Matcha

It can be difficult to decide which Matcha is for you, if you’re new to the category. We’d recommend starting with the cocktail grade and acquiring a taste for Matcha by experimenting with it in beverages and baking. How to Make Matcha

To enjoy Matcha at home, blend 1 tsp with a little water to make a smooth paste. Top with 150ml water at 70 to 80 degrees and whisk vigorously until light and foamy. As you become accustomed to Matcha, you can play with the quantities of powder vs. water to find exactly how it suits you. Some people prefer it very thick, while others like there’s light and thin, in a Matcha latte, for example.
