Organic Gaba Oolong

Oxidised in a nitrogen rich environment, Organic Gaba Oolong is grown in the mountains of Fujian. The name Gaba comes from the natural occurring amino acid. Although the science alone makes this a compelling tea, the flavour is truly special. The amber liquid includes flavours of ripe fruit and dark caramel – reminiscent of a light black tea, incredibly smooth and balanced.
