Organic Natural Rooibos is naturally sweet with an aftertaste of honeysuckle. Grown in the Cederberg region in South Africa, Rooibos is chopped, bruised and left to ferment in heaps. Once dried in the African sun, it changes from vivid green to a deep and much loved mahogany red. Because Rooibos contains no caffeine and is bursting with vitamin C, it is a popular alternative to black tea.
