Organic Spring Mao Feng is an aromatic green tea grown in the West Hunan Wuling Mountains at an altitude of 800m. The leaves are plucked in the middle of April, just around the Qing Ming season. The mineral rich soils and the high altitude give this tea a crisp and sweet aroma. The nutty aftertaste comes from the pan firing and roasting. An elegant and aromatic green tea.
