Yunnan Black Pearls Tin

Made from the Yunkang No10 cultivar (often used for making Pu Erh Tea) and grown in Mr Yang’s tea gardens in Jinguu, Yunnan (China), the leaves are handpicked and artistically rolled into tight pearls. Upon infusion, they present a chocolatey-rich aroma, which gives way to a rich, sweet flavour profile, with notes of caramel and a slight earthiness. Enjoy alongside eclairs, or as a complement to spicy mushroom dishes.
