All delivery times are subject to placing your order before 11am GMT Sunday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be despatched the following Sunday.
Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item.
Import taxes and duties
We use DHL Express Shipping for all our shipments and all fees and taxes will be included (free domicile). You will have peace of mind and do not need to worry about any VAT or other taxes.
In rare cases the courier company will ask you to pay the duties (which is a mistake). Kindly share the receipt with us once you paid and we will take this further with the courier company to arrange a refund.
Despatch and Delivery
Orders placed before 11am will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am with be despatched the following businesses day. If the order is not despatched in five business days for any reason, you will be contacted via email to offer an alternative product, partial shipment or full refund.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, AVANTCHA UK Ltd. is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
