Whenever possible, please arrange deliveries to a workplace or residence where someone will be available to receive the order. Alternatively, you can schedule a contactless delivery using DHL’s tracking link, which will be provided once your shipment is ready.
Please provide a physical home or office address and NOT a Post Office Box.
Import taxes and duties
We use DHL Express for all shipments, and all fees and taxes are included (free domicile), so you won’t need to worry about VAT or other taxes. In rare cases, the courier may mistakenly request payment of duties. If this occurs, simply share the receipt with us after payment, and we will resolve the issue with the courier to arrange a refund.
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 2 PM GMT will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT or on Sunday will be dispatched the next business day. If your order is not dispatched within five business days for any reason, we will contact you via email to offer an alternative product, partial shipment, or a full refund.
