A blend of natural Paraguayan lemon verbena leaf and Provence lavender blossoms make a soft, sensorial infusion for any time of the day, though this herbal tea can be particularly enjoyed later into the evening after dinner or as part of a caffeine-free, nighttime routine.

The high quality origin and production of both ingredients means that the flavours here are truly pronounced: the verbena leaf lends a delicious lemon fragrance to the infusion, balanced with the assertive floral notes of healing lavender, producing a light gold-green colour.

The taste is sweet and clean, with a hint of bergamot and woody lemongrass, imparting a lingering freshness on the palate. Both the verbena and the lavender have been slowly dried to retain all of their flavour and so these tea bags will stand up to at least two infusions. They also make a beautiful addition to creamy desserts, and can be infused into an ice cream base, or even a mild gin to add new botanical layers, as both verbena and lavender complement juniper nicely. This tea is available in tea bag format only.
