Sweet and subtle Jasmine white tea, this is a beautiful alternative to breakfast tea complementing red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries. This tea is crafted from handpicked young buds that have been simply picked and left to dry in the sun. They are then scented by laying the tea on beds of fresh jasmine flowers overnight. This process is repeated up to five times, with fresh flowers on each occasion.
